FAQ about Getting Melt permanent jewelry

What is Melt permanent jewelry piece? 

A permanent pieces can be made out of our solid 14K gold, 14K gold filled, and sterling silver jewelry items that are personalized during your visit to our welding studio or at one of our events. Once the piece is created, it’s adorned with our special Melt technology for a clasp free--carefree--wear. We also have many charms to pick from to make your permanent jewelry extra special with personalization.

 

Where can I get my Melt permanent jewelry?

We are currently regularly taking appointments in all of Las Vegas area. We have 2 locations to serve you. Our main location is inside the Container Park on the second floor. We also have a studio in Las Vegas on the Northwest side of town where we take appointments Monday thru Thursday.  You can also find us at one of our exclusive events and popups.

We do private events

Thinking of something unique and innovative for your next birthday party, girls night in, bachelor party, brides maid party, graduation celebration, and many more special occasions? We can come to you for a private event. A $100 deposit is required for this service. Please e-mail for full details.

Do I need to have an appointment? 

We are happy to take walk-is everyday at our Container Park store.

At our studio on Cheyenne/Tenaya we only work by appointments. 

During events and popup we take walk ins in between our booked appointments.

 

Can I gift a Melt permanent jewelry piece? 

Yes, we have gift card you can purchase and send it as an e-gift card. This makes the perfect gift for any occasion.

 

Why do you use the metals you use?  

The main reason is quality & the hypoallergenic nature of the metal.

Since this permanent jewelry cannot be taken on and off, we want our pieces to be able to live with you without the risk of tarnishing or discoloring your skin.

Of course our14K and 18K solid gold chains are the highest quality metals we offer and they are sold by the inch. Prices vary since we have so many different types of chain styles and thickness options.

14K gold filled is also a great option but more affordable. Gold filled has a much thicker gold layer than your typical gold plated jewelry.

we offer sterling silver because there are many people who LOVE silver and we are here for it. This is our most affordable option.

Does the weld hurt? 

The zapping process is pain free! The welding technology is simply magic and you don't feel the pinprick of light. 

 What is the welding policy for minors? 

All minors under the age of 14, must be accompanied by an adult. We can make permanent jewelry for children under the parent consent. 

Do you weld anklets? 

Anklets, rings, necklaces, bracelets, body chains, hand chains...we do it all!

How do I care for my Melt piece?

 We use fine chains for a minimalist, light-weight wear. Like all fine chain, there is a risk of pulling that results in breakage. We ask that you avoid this when possible but understand that life happens! Please see below if your chain breaks. We will weld the piece back on for you for FREE.

What does my 60 day Melt satisfaction guarantee policy include? 

To ensure that you have a positive welded jewelry experience, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. We will weld the piece back on for you for FREE.

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom made Melt jewelry items. Please contact cinlocoinfo@gmail.com if you have any special needs for your bracelet and we will do our best to help to satisfy your request.

CinloCo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

What do I do if my Melt item breaks or I need to cut it off? 

Life happens! We are here to help the best we can. 

If you need to cut off your bracelet for any reason, do so with scissors or nail clippers where the welded ring is located and schedule a welding appointment to have it reattached.

If the item is removed or breaks within the 60 day satisfaction guarantee policy we will reattach it free of charge. Simply book your repair appointment. 

For pieces outside of the 60 day policy,  if the item is still in your possession, and needs to be re-welded a $20 + tax service fee will be charged.
