Refund policy

 

While the large majority of our customers are very happy wearing our pieces, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out.  We care deeply about your experience with our jewelry because we put our heart into what we do as a specialty boutique, and will do our utmost to ensure a no-hassle experience.  

There are no fees to you if your item arrives damaged/defective - we are more than happy to make your experience right.  If a piece is damaged, simply send us pictures of the issue to cinlocoinfo@gmail.com and we’ll process your refund once we assess that your claim is valid.  

All Returns are valid for: 

- 14 days from the day you receive your item

- Items in unworn, brand new, and original condition. We will not be able to process exchanges for used/worn items/items not in original condition

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundables 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Permanent jewelry is a final sale for it's custom made nature. We will re-weld for free our own jewelry as many times as you need. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
